Booking Terms and Conditions

1. General Information
By booking a training course with Vitalize Health & First Aid Training, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all bookings made for first aid training courses, including both public and in-house sessions.
2. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings must be made in writing via our website, email, or phone. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking has been received and processed.
Your booking is not confirmed until a 50% deposit has been paid (or payment arrangements have been agreed), and you have received confirmation from us.
3. Payment
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your place on the course.
The final payment is due 24 hours prior to the course date unless a credit arrangement has been agreed upon.
Payment methods include bank transfer, card payment, or cash. If the course is booked less than 7 days before the start date, full payment must be made at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course can be rescheduled without charge, and the non-refundable 50% deposit can be transferred to a new date. However, the deposit will not be eligible for a refund
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course will result in the loss of the non-refundable deposit.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the course will not be refunded.
If you need to reschedule your booking, we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability. Any rescheduling must be done at least 5 working days before the course starts.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative course date.
5. Course Attendance
Participants must arrive on time for the course. Late arrivals may not be allowed to attend, and no refund will be given.

It is the responsibility of the client to inform us of any learning needs, access requirements, or medical conditions that may affect learners before the course date to ensure appropriate accommodations can be made.
Participants must attend the entire course to receive certification. Failure to attend or participate fully will result in no certification being issued.
6. Certification
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course. A valid email address is required for certificate delivery.
Certification may be subject to assessment, and participants must demonstrate practical competency to receive certification.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously. Any personal data provided during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking a course, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for course-related purposes.
8. Liability
We are not liable for any losses or damages (including personal injury) that occur as a result of attending the course, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the training course.
9. Terms and Conditions Changes
We reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to all customers who have a current booking.
